Our approach and targets
Our interventions in target areas are based on participatory and inclusive approach, gathering all key stakeholders for each project. In addition to public bodies, technical and financial partners (donors) and other development stakeholders at local level, project beneficiaries and the surrounding communities are key players with whom we collaborate as part of the implementation of projects.Our belief is that a successful implementation of the project, as well as positive and sustainable results can only be obtained by strong involvement of those actors who have for them a better understanding of cultural and socio-economic realities of project areas, which is not entirely the case for projects staff recruited, especially with regard to their technical skills.
